Utxesa a Torres de Segre @ Oriol Clavera
Secans de Lleida drylands

Segrià and Utxesa drylands

This area contains a mix of cereal crops, barren and fallow land, with an area of naturalised wetlands where three bodies of water meet, resulting in a very diverse mosaic of habitats. The Utxesa reservoir is a unique refuge for more than 200 species of birds, both migratory and resident, and is especially notable for its population of reed-dwelling birds.
