Secans del Montsià drylands

These drylands are in fact a mosaic landscape of almond and olive groves (some of which are thousands of years old) on the remains of an ancient steppe plain. Typical dryland birds can be spotted here, as well as birds of prey due to an abundance of prey such as rabbits.
